Lowrider's Restoration

Now we're coming down the home stretch...it's running fine, but unusable with no rear interior or rear windows.
The last time I was at PnP, last weekend, I got a new package tray assembly, including center cover and seat belt covers.  My original ones had been broken for years, with all the times the speakers had been in and out, and the icing on the cake was when I was walking in the garage next to the car and stepped smack on the center of the center cover door, breaking it into about 10 pieces.  So, also considering the material was very worn and looked messy, I just got another one.  They are 12 bucks.  I also got a nice new piece of insulation that goes between the back seat and the trunk...that piece had been lost for years.  The car looks absolutely new now, even with the seat out.

I'll take some better pictures tomorrow...the camera was losing its batteries when I took this one, and the sun was also wrong.
Now it's done, except for the three fixed windows that I cannot put in.  I'll have them installed in the next couple of days, and then we'll both be...Lowrider and me......

On The Road Again!!!
Notice the original perpetrator sitting next to it over there.....I'm watching that one....it won't get the chance to do to Lowrider what it did before......never again!!!!
